MARINE AND MAINLAND MODEL PN2T10-30 UTILITY CRANE

Marine & Mainland's two-ton pedestal mounted utility crane is completely self-contained and suitable for a wide variety of marine, drilling, refinery, transportation and machinery maintenance applications.

Designed in accordance with API 2C standards, the crane upperworks rotates around a stationary centerpost thus eliminating the possibility of bearing separation / catastrophic failure. Standard features include a personnel rated hoist, a cylinder mounted counterbalance valve, an MMS approved engine shutdown, and an anti-two blocking system.

All fabricated / structural components are galvanized inside and out, as is the wire rope, to insure extended life in marine and other difficult environments. The crane is powered by either a recoil or electric start diesel engine or electric motor. Slew, luff and hoist operations are hydraulic powered and controlled. Power units and control consoles may be crane mounted or remote. Crane mounted components and the power unit include spill containment trays.

Variable length box booms are available up to a maximum of 30-ft. See crane performance charts. Significantly increased capacities are possible, particularly for cranes with shorter booms and lift radius.

The crane is compact and lightweight and can be moved from one strategically placed flange to another in less than one hour. Maintenance spares including the complete winch, engine, slew gearbox and/or cylinder are suitable for transport by helicopter.
